Tarkine North Inc is owned and operated by Curtis Milne, acting as the Operations/ Business Development/ Client Relations/ Estimator. Rick Belland is the Senior Project Manager/Site Superintendent/Estimator. Together you will work directly with us. We both hold Civil Engineering Diplomas from SAIT and share a combined 30 years of experience on a diverse mix of projects. We have succeeded on difficult projects and look forward to working with you on yours.
